What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for:

Exterior & Structural Repairs

  • Performing minor roof repairs

  • Inspecting, cleaning, and repairing chimneys and gutters

  • Repairing or replacing windows, siding, entry doors, patio doors, and garage doors

  • Repairing fences and addressing pest control issues

  • Digging to locate and repair plumbing leaks

  • Repairing galvanized, copper, and PVC plumbing lines

Attic Work

  • Making ducting and plumbing repairs

  • Checking for roof leaks and remedying blocked vents

Under-Unit Maintenance

  • Addressing ducting and plumbing repairs

  • Performing pest abatement

  • Repairing dry rot damage

Interior Unit Repairs

  • Repairing or replacing doors, jambs, drywall, and cabinetry

  • Repairing or replacing light fixtures, fans, and controls

  • Troubleshooting electrical circuits

  • Troubleshooting and repairing heating systems

  • Repairing or replacing refrigerators, water heaters, dishwashers, and ranges

  • Repairing, unclogging, or replacing toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers

  • Repairing or rekeying locks and replacing curtain rods or blinds

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performing irrigation repairs and basic landscaping

  • Conducting pool testing and monitoring

  • Coordinating and directing subcontractors

  • Submitting maintenance suggestions and improvement ideas

  • Maintaining accurate time and expense records

  • Using company resources responsibly and working safely

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of residential or property maintenance experience

  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
