Perform daily inventory control, including cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliations.
Track, analyze, and report on inventory movements, returns, and usage trends.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; recommend process improvements.
Assist with receiving, shipping, and classification of materials to ensure accuracy.
Partner with manufacturing teams to identify non-moving products and reallocate materials.
Support destruction/scrap approvals and annual physical inventory audits.
Collaborate with Finance to maintain accurate inventory valuation and costing data.
Develop and maintain efficient inventory procedures and documentation.
Communicate inventory updates clearly to stakeholders across departments.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of related inventory control or manufacturing experience.
Proficient with inventory management or ERP software.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and teamwork skills across all levels.
