As a Warehouse Maintenance Facilities Tech, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, helping to ensure the facility runs smoothly and safely. You’ll work closely with maintenance, production, and shipping/receiving teams to help maintain an efficient workflow that contributes to our sustainable values.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Maintenance Facilities Tech, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting maintenance, production, and shipping/receiving teams as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assisting with preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, and installations throughout the facility.
  • Accurately reporting data related to preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Identifying and communicating problem areas to management to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinating with departments, vendors, and contractors to support maintenance and sanitation needs.
  • Assisting with uninstalling and reinstalling shelving and facility fixtures.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • At least one year of forklift experience (required).
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills
  • A working knowledge of common hand tools and power tools.
  • The ability to stand throughout the entire shift.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, including overhead lifting and positioning.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Shipping and receiving experience

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site at Eugene,OR. The regular schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, plus Saturdays during peak season as required.
