What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating machinery and equipment in the rolling department to meet production goals.
  • Reading and interpreting job specifications to determine necessary machine adjustments and material requirements.
  • Monitoring machine operations to detect defects or malfunctions and making adjustments as needed.
  • Measuring workpieces to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Stacking, marking, packing, and transporting finished workpieces efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • No formal education required; previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and safely.
  • Experience or familiarity with operating equipment such as punch presses, roll forming machines, saws, and grinders.
  • Comfort performing repetitive tasks over an 8–10 hour shift while maintaining focus and precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • A proactive, safety-conscious, and team-oriented attitude focused on quality work.
