As a Processing Operator, you'll support manufacturing by operating equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to stringent quality standards. Your efforts directly contribute to delivering high-quality products and ensuring operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and adjusting production equipment to perform changeovers, routine maintenance, and cleaning following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Guiding and coordinating with team members to ensure production targets are achieved accurately and on time.
  • Managing workflow by monitoring equipment performance and promptly reporting any issues to maintenance or supervisors.
  • Conducting in-process quality checks and meticulously documenting production activities, including digital entries and deviation reports.
  • Collaborating with maintenance staff to troubleshoot equipment concerns and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Upholding safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a regulated environment such as food or GMP settings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, with excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  • Basic math skills, including weights and unit conversions.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in both physical tasks and documentation.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
