Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Activities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, tools, and shop equipment.

• Repair or replace worn-out or damaged parts on equipment and building fixtures.

• Ensure shop areas, workstations, and outdoor grounds are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Work closely with supervisors and other departments to support production needs.

Safety & Organization

• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in an organized and safe manner.
• Ensure work areas and shop facilities are clean, clear, and well-maintained.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and report hazards or safety concerns immediately.
• Wear appropriate safety gear and use proper lifting techniques.
• Assist in enforcing company safety standards and regulations.

Teamwork & Communication

• Work closely with other maintenance team members and supervisors to resolve facility issues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Provide support to other departments when maintenance help is needed.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Maintenance 1: Some experience in maintenance or a related field, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Maintenance 2: At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding repairs is a plus.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to different tasks as needed.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Welding experience is a plus but not required.
