Ultimately, success will be demonstrated by reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork in keeping operations running efficiently. This is an entry level production position  located in Independence, OR.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with the material handler and heavy equipment operator which material will be used for each machine 
  • Ensuring the shakers are filled to keep the flow of material to the production lines
  • Ensuring  the correct roll stock is being used and places it on the machine
