As a Processing Operator I, you'll support daily manufacturing operations by operating equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring product quality. Your contribution will help keep production running smoothly and efficiently in a growing organization dedicated to excellence.

What You’ll Do

As a Processing Operator I, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and adjusting processing equipment, performing changeovers, routine maintenance, and cleaning per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Guiding and coordinating team activities to ensure production goals are met while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Managing workflow by working independently to troubleshoot equipment, reporting issues promptly, and maintaining a steady production flow.
  • Conducting in-process quality checks and accurately documenting all activities, including digital entries and deviation reports with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Partnering with the maintenance team to troubleshoot equipment concerns and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Upholding safety and cleanliness standards to prevent accidents, protect product integrity, and sustain a high-quality manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications in manufacturing are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a regulated or GMP environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand machine operation and recognize issues before they impact production.
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Basic math skills, including weights, measurements, and unit conversions.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in physical tasks and documentation.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced plant setting.
