As an Entry Level Production Worker, you'll support food and non-food manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in our processes. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver results that truly make a difference and contribute to a fast-paced, rewarding work environment.

What You’ll Do:

As an Entry Level Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Inspecting fresh or processed products on rolling trays to ensure quality standards are met
  • Loading products onto trays and processing/packaging systems efficiently
  • Lifting and moving trays on and off carts safely and accurately
  • Dumping trays of full products into designated areas
  • Assisting with moving racks of products to support production flow
  • Packing finished products into cardboard boxes for shipment
  • Labeling and sealing cases and cartons to maintain organization and traceability
  • Cleaning and setting up processing and packaging areas to maintain safety and hygiene standards
  • Supporting overall production operations as needed to meet daily goals

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to stand for an entire 8-hour shift and perform physical tasks
  • Capability to regularly lift 15 lbs and up to 50 lbs safely
  • Comfort with standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, and lifting throughout your shift
  • A strong focus on personal safety and food safety protocols
  • Production or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Important Safety & Dress Code Requirements:

  • No jewelry permitted on the production floor
  • All visible piercings, gauges, and dermal implants must be removed prior to work (medical alert jewelry exempt)
