Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Server Infrastructure Advisor 1:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement storage solutions that meet business needs, including SAN, NAS, and DAS systems. • Manage VMware virtualization infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation for ESXi hosts and vCenter servers. • Develop and execute comprehensive backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for storage and virtualization issues, participating in on-call rotations for critical incidents. • Identify and implement infrastructure optimization opportunities, leveraging automation and scripting for efficiency.
Required Skills for Server Infrastructure Advisor 1:
