Position Overview for the Program Lead:

  • Own product vision and strategy: define the product north star, outcomes, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to business goals and value drivers.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across a portfolio/workstreams: partner with project managers (PMs), workstream leads, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to build and maintain an integrated plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
