    Job Description & Responsibilities:

    Overview: The Director of Construction Planning and Solution Services will play a pivotal role in expanding Southwire’s electrical contractor construction offerings, addressing labor shortages, and incomplete project designs within the electrical industry. The position requires managing relationships with electrical contractors, developing solutions to optimize project costs and timelines, and leading a team of experts. The role also involves working closely with internal sales and external channels to promote Southwire’s products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with electrical contractors to provide Southwire solutions and construction services.
    • Work closely with internal sales teams, external agent representatives, and electrical distributors.
    • Manage a team of BIM/VDC professionals to provide construction design and solutions.
