This is an onsite role focused on keeping equipment moving accurately and efficiently through the service center—receiving, put-away, picking/kitting, and shipping—while protecting inventory accuracy and improving day-to-day processes.

Position Overview for the Service Center Lead (Kitting):

• Lead daily service center activities to meet customer requirements and project timelines
• Own end-to-end inventory flow: receive, verify, put away, pick/kitting, stage, and ship equipment
• Maintain strong inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and disciplined transaction control
• Use the inventory management/WMS tools to ensure clean documentation and system compliance
• Coordinate onsite workflow and keep facility operations running smoothly, especially when senior leadership is offsite
