Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Software Engineer:
Implement major features in a web application with Phoenix LiveView in Elixir
Collaborate closely with analysts to respond to feature requests and troubleshoot issues
Work with external teams to integrate new data sources
Support the creation of a platform for analysts to host and share insights
Maintain consistent availability to work hours between 10AM - 6PM PST with some additional flexibility
Required Skills for Software Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong expertise in full stack web development
Proficiency in Elixir and familiarity with Phoenix Liveview
Experience working with API endpoints, GraphQL, MySQL, and NoSQL
Proven ability to identify and fix bugs in live services based on logging and metrics

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Test Analyst 2:Serve as a technical lead and point of contact for the product team and merchants, supporting new product launches and integrations.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert during new certifications, ensuring compliance and guiding the team through validation processes.
Design and execute tailored POS test plans, including test scripts and scenarios, to ensure compliance with major card brand standards.
