Proven success managing complex data projects in an enterprise environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive reporting
Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery teams
Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and compliance
Background working in a CDIO, CDAO, or centralized data organization
Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent)
