About Caroline Giraudeau:

Caroline has been great thus far. I his is actually our second interaction. She reached out last November about another position but by the time I connnected it had been filled. She promised to keep me in mind next time something came up and she did just that. I am super appreciative.

About Caroline Giraudeau:

Caroline Giraudeau was one of the few professionals who took the time to truly review my resume and recognize the breadth of my skill set. While many others may have misinterpreted my history of contract positions as job-hopping, she understood the nature of contract work—that roles often end due to project timelines or business needs, not a lack of commitment on my part. What set Caroline apart is that she didn’t see me as just another applicant. She saw me as a multifaceted individual who is genuinely seeking a meaningful and stable career opportunity. Her approach was both thoughtful and human, and I deeply appreciated that.

About Caroline Giraudeau:

Caroline has been fantastic. I had reached out to a senior rep at IDR who responded the same day informing me an IDR recruiter would be contacting me. Caroline called me the next day. She immediatley reviewed my experience and education and went right to work for me. Just a few days after our initial call, she found an open position with great company and set me up for my first interview. She has provided great interview prep information and I feel well prepapred. Caroline is a rising star. Give her greater responsibilities and promote at first opportunity.
