Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Project Manager:
Lead and manage projects within AI-focused data centers, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.

Required Skills for Technical Project Manager:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within data center environments.
PMP certification is mandatory; additional certifications such as ACP are highly desirable.
Proficiency in Agile practices and methodologies.
Strong technical acumen, with a comprehensive understanding of networking, compute, and storage.
Must be local to Memphis, TN, or willing to relocate prior to the start date.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Customer Survey Analyst:
Develop and implement a governance framework for surveys and feedback channels across various departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Evaluate and oversee Voice of Customer (VoC) platforms
Lead efforts to streamline survey deployment, data integration, and reporting across the organization.
Maintain and enhance the knowledge base system to ensure up-to-date information for internal and external users.
Required Skills for Customer Survey Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of experience in customer experience or market research.
Proven track record in managing enterprise-level VoC or customer insights programs.
Experience with platform transition/migration, particularly involving Salesforce and Qualtrics.
Strong background in survey methodology, analytics, and familiarity with VoC platforms and CRM/data visualization tools.
