Hi there! My name is Hailey and I am a Senior Recruiter based out of Nashville, TN. I strive to bring a unique blend of experiences and passions to the world of recruitment. Originally from the beautiful state of Washington, I've recently made a career transition from mental health counseling to recruiting, driven by a deep-seated desire to continue making a positive impact on people's lives in a new capacity.

But as soon as it was on offer again Hailey wasted no time in contacting me to see if I was interested I believe she advocated for me very well the first time which is part of the reason I was able to get a second shot at the role! Full transparency: Hailey and I had our initial meeting earlier this week, but there wasn’t an option for N/A. Having said that, my initial meeting with Hailey was a really good meeting and I expect the same quality of help securing a job while working with Hailey as I have with any IDR staff member. It has been 10/10 every time and I don’t believe Hailey will be any different.
