  • Work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours, ranging from 40 to 90+ hours per week depending on project needs.

Requirements for the Data Center Fiber Testing Lead:

  • Proven experience with fiber testing and troubleshooting in data center environments, including OLTS and OTDR testing (EXFO preferred).
  • Ability to troubleshoot failed optics, understand fiber types, connector types, fiber polarity, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fiber types, MPO-8 / MPO-12, LC-to-LC connections, OS2, and different optic/connection types.
  • Willingness to be 100% onsite, with a road-warrior mindset to travel extensively within the US and Canada.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass customer background checks covering records up to 12-15 years.
