Position Overview for the Fire Restoration Project Manager:

  • Manage residential and commercial fire/smoke restoration projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards are met
  • Coordinate daily field activities such as pack-outs, storage, cleaning, move-backs, and non-salvage documentation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters, providing updates, resolving issues, and securing approvals
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including photos, job notes, resources used, and billable activities in the appropriate systems
  • Conduct quality control inspections and support jobsite safety, equipment/vehicle upkeep, warehouse organization, and supply inventory

Requirements for the Fire Restoration Project Manager:

  • Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and/or construction
  • Working understanding of building materials, flooring, and property damage related to fire, smoke, water, and other causes
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with customers and insurance partners
