Position Overview for the Master Scheduler:

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale data center projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Proactively identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support project planning efforts by providing data-driven insights into critical path, float, and schedule risk analysis.
  • Work with minimal supervision to resolve scheduling conflicts and support continuous program development.

Requirements for the Master Scheduler:

  • 8-10 years of scheduling experience, with a focus on data center or hyperscale projects.
  • Extensive experience using Primavera P6 to build and manage owner and general contractor schedules.
  • Proven ability to identify critical path, float, and schedule risks effectively.
  • Strong working relationships with organizational teams and the ability to represent the Construction Team when needed.
  • Experience supporting scheduling efforts on hyperscale data center projects.

  • Validate post-deployment functionality before proceeding to the next device.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to schedule upgrades with minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues that may arise during or after the deployment, and document upgrade status and report any recurring issues.
Required Skills for the Windows Deployment Technician:
