Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Manager of Income Tax:
Oversee the preparation of consolidated global interim and annual ASC 740 income tax provision calculations and related disclosures for SEC reporting.
Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, ensuring quality deliverables and effective workload management.
Manage domestic and international post-acquisition tax integration and determine tax entries for US GAAP purchase accounting.
Collaborate with tax colleagues to develop effective tax rate reconciliations and tax cash-flow support.
Ensure adherence to SOX controls and support continual improvement of tax processes and systems.
Required Skills for Senior Manager of Income Tax:
Bachelor's Degree and CPA Certification.
Over 10 years of related income tax experience in public accounting or a large multinational public company tax department.
At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing a team and multiple projects.
Strong understanding of GAAP, including ASC 740 and ASC 805, and tax statutes for domestic and international jurisdictions.
Proficiency with tax software such as OneSource, and experience with Oracle ERP.

As a Registered Nurse in our Maternity Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients throughout their childbirth journey—from antepartum through postpartum, including active labor and delivery. This is more than a career; it’s a calling to support patients during one of the most meaningful times in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Labor & Delivery:
• Monitor labor progression, fetal heart rate, and maternal vital signs.
• Assist obstetricians and midwives with vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Perform immediate newborn assessments including Apgar scoring and initiation of breastfeeding.
• Provide emotional and physical support to laboring patients and their families during delivery.
Antepartum & Postpartum Care:
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to expectant mothers experiencing complications but not in active labor.
• Provide postpartum care, including assessment and monitoring of mothers after birth.
• Support and educate mothers on breastfeeding, recovery, and newborn care.
• Assist with basic newborn care and ensure a safe transition for both mother and baby.
General Nursing Duties:
• Coordinate and manage care for assigned patients using clinical judgment, nursing knowledge, and decision-making skills.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize hospital resources efficiently, including staff, equipment, and supplies, to support patient care.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with patients, families, and coworkers by demonstrating compassion, empathy, and respect.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing).
• Current and unrestricted RN license in the State of Georgia.
• Previous experience in Labor & Delivery and/or Maternity Care strongly preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications required (or must be obtained within a designated time frame after hire).
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills.
