Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog
Communicate vision and goals at the beginning of every release and sprint
Identify competing priorities, work to resolve and effectively escalate when needed
Elicit requirements using various methods and proactively collaborate with business operations
Participate in sprint planning, backlog review and prioritization, and retrospective activities
Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, support teams, and agent community
Assist in analyzing requirements, policies, and customer needs against system capabilities and functions to determine gaps
Required Skills for Business Analyst:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of direct work experience in a business process analysis capacity
Prior experience with Agile/SCRUM
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Visio
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
