Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager, OMS:
Oversee and manage OMS-related engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Troubleshoot and debug OMS code to address technical challenges and ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, supply chain, and IT, to enhance OMS functionality and integration.
Lead and mentor engineering team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
Drive the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based microservices within OMS architecture.
Ensure efficient use of Azure cloud resources for scalability and reliability of OMS applications.
Required Skills for Engineering Manager, OMS:
Extensive experience with IBM Sterling OMS and expertise in key modules, including Distributed Order Management (DOM), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Catalog Management, Global Inventory Visibility (GIV), and Reverse Logistics.
Proficiency in Java programming for OMS customization and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of OMS architecture and the full lifecycle of various order types.
Experience with cloud development using microservices and Azure platform.
Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce systems and integration with OMS.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering projects.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Enterprise Application Analyst:
Provide detailed knowledge of product function and capability, assisting in escalated Tier 3 issues and other complex support needs.
Work with product managers and business analysts to validate product requirements and provide analysis of product issues to detect patterns and identify necessary corrective actions.
Analyze application roadmap, trends, and organizational needs, working with product manager and specialists to develop a strategy to resolve current issues and mitigate organizational risk.
Assist in application releases and updates, and the start of school, end of year processing, and other events as it relates to the application and product cycle.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of college or relevant experience and relevant IT industry certification.
