We are seeking a Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist to support the end-to-end management of subcontractor agreements and Statement of Work (SOW) requests for Deloitte's Contingent Workforce Management Team. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Finance while managing contractor onboarding, agreement execution, vendor administration, and ongoing support through Fieldglass, ServiceNow, and related systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting contingent workforce programs, vendor management, contract administration, or procurement operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS (RECRUITER SCREEN)
Candidates should have most or all of the following:
3–5 years of experience in Contingent Workforce Management, Vendor Management, Contracts, Procurement, HR Operations, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Fieldglass
Experience managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and/or subcontractor agreements
Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow management platforms
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, reporting, data analysis)
Experience supporting contractor onboarding and vendor administration
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Contingent Workforce Operations
Manage subcontractor agreement and Statement of Work (SOW) requests from initiation through completion
Determine appropriate agreement types and coordinate execution activities
Support contractor onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding activities
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Partner with Procurement, Office of General Counsel, Risk, Finance, and Independence teams throughout the agreement lifecycle
Facilitate new vendor setup and registration processes
Build strong relationships with internal business partners and external vendors
Educate stakeholders on contingent workforce processes and available engagement options
Fieldglass & System Administration
Review and manage incoming SOW requests within Fieldglass
Assist vendors with Fieldglass administration, including timesheets, invoicing, and system support
Maintain accurate documentation for compliance, reporting, and audit purposes
Support process improvements across ServiceNow, Fieldglass, and related platforms
Reporting & Process Improvement
Track workload and productivity metrics
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience
Support ongoing enhancements to contingent workforce processes and documentation
