Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HRIS Analyst:
Provide hands-on support for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Learning Management System (LMS). Address and resolve daily user requests and system-related issues through phone and email communication. Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. Perform scheduled activities, including mass updates, to ensure system accuracy and functionality. Engage in a collaborative team environment to support the overall HR systems strategy.
Required Skills for HRIS Analyst:
Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HRIS support roles. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal users. Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY.
