Position Overview for the Logistics Coordinator:

  • Coordinate inbound shipping containers with third-party drayage carriers and schedule deliveries with warehouses.
  • Collaborate with the demand planning team to prioritize inbound shipments.
  • Provide visibility into inbound shipments with warehouse teams.
  • Ensure timely receipt and return of inbound containers to avoid financial penalties.
  • Analyze inbound flow and divert containers to alternate warehouses as needed.

Requirements for the Logistics Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of professional work experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Excel skills are especially important.
  • Basic SAP experience (preferred).
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
