Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Test Analyst II:

  • Develop manual and automated test cases for regression and new functionality
  • Execute manual and automated test cases, including ad-hoc and exploratory testing
  • Perform back-end, API, and integration testing
  • Define and promote test automation best practices, standards, and processes
  • Create data sets for use in test automation
  • Document and review testing results, collaborating with Developers and Business Analysts to resolve issues
  • Develop and create test data for manual and automated test cases
  • Perform software configurations and deployments to ensure successful testing
  • Manage testing to project timelines
  • Participate in the Agile project flow, providing feedback and addressing high-risk areas
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables: software, test cases, bug cases, automation plans, and results
  • Become a subject matter expert on features, ensuring full test coverage and troubleshooting
  • Analyze existing test cases and create or modify them to improve coverage

Required Skills for SDET Analyst III:

  • Five+ years of experience testing software applications
  • Three+ years of experience using SoapUI, Postman or equivalent tools for API testing
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript and HTML
  • Experience using SQL to extract, modify and add data to Oracle and/or SQL Server databases
  • Knowledge and application of structured testing concepts, methodologies, and tools
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile software development methodology
  • Creative, detail-oriented and a problem solver
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and driven; takes ownership of personal and team goals

  • 1 -3 years of professional experience in computer science / IT Help Desk Support within the Healthcare Industry 
  • Technical Skills: A lot of what we do is desktop support, standard desktop support skills. This person will need to be coming from a role where they do PC troubleshooting, windows, network, & printer troubleshooting.  
  • Must have Active Directory
  • Must be comfortable performing tasks beyond just password resets, they must know imaging, network troubleshooting, & hardware repairs as well

This position will also provide additional support for MSSQL Server Enterprise for a critical application for our client. The position is required to provide on weekends during a release and/or maintenance. The position is required to be Oncall. This position will also provide analysis, troubleshooting, and executing data corrections production databases. Required Skills for the Database Administrator:
  • 8+ years’ experience managing Oracle database versions on Linux systems including shell scripting and tuning
  • 8+ years’ experience managing Oracle version 19 databases, Real Application Clusters (RAC), and Active Data Guard
  • 8+ years’ experience with administration of MSSQL server, EDB PostgreSQL Enterprise database
