This role is ideal for a professional with at least 3 years of experience who is passionate about translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. The successful candidate will be a key liaison between our clients and our technical delivery teams, ensuring that our solutions effectively solve our clients' business challenges. Key Areas:
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and research to elicit, document, and analyze business needs from clients. Translate these needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between client business teams and our internal technical teams. Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Solution Design & Strategy: Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and developers to define and design innovative solutions that meet client requirements. Provide input on technical feasibility, scope, and project timelines.
  • Process Modeling: Document and model current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Is") business processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
