Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets):
- Develop and implement sustainable policies and procedures for accounting for fixed assets related to self-development of new stores and capital improvement projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, real estate, and construction teams on capital expenditures for self-development stores and other projects.
- Support the training and development of other fixed asset team members.
- Perform review of fixed asset related month-end journal entries prepared by Staff Accountants.
- Ensure proper assignment of in-service date, depreciable life, cost center, and description for new assets based on Company policy.
Required Skills for Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and Blackline is a plus but not required; knowledge of SAP enterprise software preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently, positively handle conflict, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manager, General Accounting:
Manage the monthly closing process for assigned areas and review the general ledger activity for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review detailed monthly variance analyses and verify the integrity of monthly financial results.
Assist in maintaining detailed internal control documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the standards established by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
Research and analyze accounting issues, such as the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure the company's accounting practices are in compliance.
Mentor, train, and develop a team of professional and clerical Accounting team members.
Required Skills for Manager, General Accounting:
5-8 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Master's degree in Accounting or related field is desired.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for policy development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
