Position Overview for the Senior Voice Engineer:

  • Support, maintain, and assist with the implementation of the enterprise telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications environments, including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
  • Provide support for collaboration and telecom platforms including voice systems, voicemail, IVR, video conferencing, and web conferencing tools.
