  • Support systems management functions, including Performance and Capacity Management, System Configuration Management, Release Management, Build Coordination, Batch Job Scheduling, and System Administration.
  • Coordinate the implementation of tested system changes, working closely with functional teams to prioritize, schedule builds and releases, and maintain the production calendar.
  • Manage Configuration Item promotion, build, and deployment across environments. Prepare builds for production release and provide support during production deployments.
  • Perform code deliveries and merge code between streams. Build applications and deploy them to non-production environments.
  • Maintain batch schedules and run books for both production and non-production environments.
  • Provide environment support across all environments, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
  • Manage account request processes and monitor system security, investigating any security incidents as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in system operations, system configuration, and IT infrastructure support.
  • Strong understanding of performance monitoring, capacity management, and batch processing.
  • Hands-on experience with system security, access management, and incident investigation.
  • Proven ability to coordinate release management, build deployments, and system administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience working with SMEs and gathering client requirements
Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in T&E management.
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
