Generative AI Enablement Specialist

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI enablement, technology adoption, training, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies (with an emphasis on GenAI), AI Agents, and AI tools in a business setting (financial services preferred).

• Experience utilizing generalized AI tools such as LLMs for enterprise use cases.

• Deep knowledge of how AI and AI Agents are leveraged in financial services workstreams.

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or user education initiatives.

• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track and report on adoption trends.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI ethics frameworks.

• Background in change management or digital transformation initiatives.
