Nurse Practitioner HealthCare Support is actively seeking a  to Nurse Practitioner fill an opening in Forest Acres, South Carolina. Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions
• Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM

Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• Active and unrestricted license in South Carolina 
• NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
• NP- Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center

Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• 1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred)
• Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs
• Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness

Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) – $5K Sign on Bonus   HealthCare Support is seeking a Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) to join a top respiratory and DME provider supporting patients throughout the Boston community.  This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking to transition away from bedside care into a more autonomous, patient-focused role centered around respiratory equipment setup, education, and ongoing clinical support. This company offers a strong training and onboarding program and is open to clinicians from hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehab, and home health backgrounds — prior experience in respiratory DME is not required. Compensation:

• Base Pay of $45/hr – $50/hr (DOE)
• $5K Sign on Bonus
• Quarterly Bonus up to $1,000 per quarter ($4,000 annually) based on performance and eligibility criteria
• Mileage reimbursement

Schedule: 

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Pharmacy Tech- Medication Adherence  HealthCare Support is actively seeking a  to Pharmacy Tech- Medication Adherence fill an opening in Ohio. Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacy Tech- Medication Adherence :

• Performs technical and clerical duties that do not require the professional clinical judgement of a pharmacist (i.e., confirms member identity, updates demographic information, updates provider information, faxes providers, etc.) 
• Receive and respond to incoming calls. Take appropriate action based off protocols & use critical thinking skills to escalate issues to appropriate parties, when needed
• Ensure each member has a positive experience by providing accurate information and a high level of customer service
•  Monday to Friday 9AM - 5:30PM / Remote

Required Qualifications for Pharmacy Tech- Medication Adherence :

• High School Diploma or equivalent years relevant work experience is required
• Three (3) years retail pharmacy or hospital pharmacy experience is preferred
• Minimum of One (1) year clinical call center experience is required
• OH license required- PTCB is PREFERRED
