HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Physical Therapist / Field PT to fill an opening with a
prestigious organization in South Carolina. Location – Anderson
Daily Responsibilities for Physical Therapist / Field PT:

Coordinate and oversee physical therapy services
-
Provide physical therapy treatment as ordered by the physician
-
Evaluate patients and create care plans with short- and long-term goals
-
Reassess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
-
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, No On-call or Weekends
Required Qualifications for Physical Therapist / Field PT:

Bachelors or Masters Degree
-
Licensed or Registered in South Carolina
