This role will be supporting at customer sites in the maintenance and servicing of the on-site water treatment systems, carrying out key account management duties as well as hands-on testing on the water systems themselves. The customer focussed Service Engineer position comes with a salary of up to £30,000, company vehicle & fuel card, with overtime. Roles & Responsibilities As a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for:
  • Attending various customer sites across the UK and Ireland to carry out various installations, repair works, and after sales service support works to specialist plant and machinery.
  • Undertaking inspections and assessments of machinery to ensure optimal performance and that all plant remains effective.
  • Carrying out reports and documentation detailing completed works and advisories and ensuring that the customer has had necessary follow ups.
  • Providing technical and engineering support to customers as well as health and safety guidance and compliance.
  • Attending company meetings and training in the Netherlands when required

 

Skills & Qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:

Role Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Plant Operative, your responsibilities will include but not be limited too.
  • Operating mobile plant and on-site equipment such as Front End Loader, 360 or 180 Excavators.
  • To carry out a variety of manual, machine operated duties across the waste processing site.
  • To ensure the maintenance and operation of all site equipment is carried out in a compliant manner.
  • To report any defects using the approved system.
  • Supporting in the pre-sorting and sorting of the waste recycling material, feeding material into the processing machinery as required.
  • Ensuring that Risk Assessments and Safe operating procedure are adhered to at all times.
  • To carry out any reception or front of site duties needed when required.
  • To demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach in order to ensure vital tasks are achieved.

 

Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:
  • Knowledge of relevant plant and industrial machinery including operation of the plant and first line maintenance experience.
  • Experience operating mobile plant and on-site equipment such as Front End Loader, 360 or 180 Excavators. A formal certification NPORS (or equivalent) would be desirable.
  • Excellent health and safety understanding.
  • Previous experience working in the waste industry or a similar heavy industrial sector.

The Role: Project Management

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the creation and execution of the site operations PPM, Work order, equipment failure and maintenance plan, to ensure all tasks are scheduled and issued within agreed timescales.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • The total administration, performance reporting and development of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) on site.
  • Managing the spare parts inventory on site and at third party locations, organise parts in and out movements and the raising of purchase orders, administration of contracts related to maintenance.
  • Supporting with maintenance labour requirements, review of the maintenance teams holidays to ensure minimum requirements for labour are met (arranging cover as required).
  • Sourcing of spares and engineering services for planned and reactive maintenance requirements, including the raising and closing of Purchase orders.
