The Commercial lead has the strategic responsibility for the Framatome Ltd Commercial function for scope delivery, compliance to process and ensuring delivery of financial targets. The Commercial Lead is tasked with the long term training and development of team members with future projects and opportunities in mind, as well as ensuring the team capacity, capability and skills are ready for future pipeline of projects. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure all Commercial processes (including Procurement) are drafted, implemented and followed
  • Reviewing and developing process to improve and maximise growth

Our Client is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join their Recycling Facility on a full time permanent bases, based in Halesfield. This role will be leading and supporting their Engineering and Maintenance function across the team, strengthening the current strategy on-site.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and developing all maintenance and engineering strategies across a fast-paced recycling facility.
