Role Responsibilities
As the EC&I Supervisor you will be responsible for but not limited to:
To be considered for this position you will need to have a recognised Level 3 NVQ/HNC/HND within Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a strong understanding of a variety of controls and instrumentation equipment.
You will have previous demonstrable experience supervising a team of multi-skilled engineers in an industrial operational facility/industry (ideally Waste Management, Power Generations, Aggregates, Manufacturing, FMCG etc). You will have knowledge of CMMS systems and a good understanding of a proactive maintenance strategy and condition monitoring as well as strong health and safety knowledge.This is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern including night shifts. Working Hours: 45hours per week, some weeks will be working days, others will be night working and some weekend work will be required. Schedulers aim to plan jobs up to 2 weeks in advance where possible. RequirementsMain Duties
The duties will include, but are not limited to, working within the guidance provided by TR19 and associated company documents, and guidance, to ensure that any work on site is safe and free from the risks.

Role - Field Service Engineer
Location: Thames Valley Area

They are looking for a Field Service Engineer to add to the growing team. A primarily field-based role in the Thames Valley area, the permanent full-time position will require on-site attendance to the clients' locations, dependant on the needs of the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Multi-Skilled Trainee Engineer, you will be responsible for:· Carry out regular servicing/preventative maintenance on Recycling Machinery - Primarily balers and compactors.
· To attend breakdowns and complete repairs as required on all recycling equipment at customers sites in our core regions. Within a timely and competent manner, working safely to current legislation.
· You will be required to install and decommission the equipment along with completing training with operatives on the safe use of the equipment.
· Build strong relationships with your colleagues, communicating and working together as a team to maintain customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
· Qualified or experienced field service engineer
· Experience with recycling balers and compactors essential
· Candidate must be competent in the following areas, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and welding.
· Full UK driving license.

The Candidate To be considered for this position, candidates must have previous operations management experience working within the Industrial Services or Hazardous Waste industry, with strong knowledge of the Industrial Services sector. Candidates should have demonstrable success developing industrial service solutions and have an in-depth understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance, ideally holding an IOSH or NEBOSH certification. Candidates will ideally be UHPWJ / HPWJ certified or have a good understanding of high-pressure water jetting services.
