  • Use process expertise to design new facility concepts, including Process Flow Diagrams, and collaborate with supply chain and plant designers.
  • Oversee the technical designs of new recycling facilities, including developing concept technical solutions and costings.
  • Write Requests for Quotations, evaluate proposals from suppliers, and ensure the feasibility of designs. Secure performance guarantees from suppliers by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use strong knowledge of market dynamics for recyclables and similar products, with the ability to analyse demand and supply, establish relationships with off-takers, and negotiate commercial deals.
Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:
  • Experience within an engineering background (i.e., processing engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
  • A proficiency in financial modelling, such as IRR, NPV, OpEx, CapEx, and EBITDA, with an understanding of sensitivity analysis and commercial engineering aspects.
