  Welder Qualifications:

Welder Required Skills: 

• Fits and assembles structural frameworks and housings from materials and welding equipment and following blueprint specifications 
• Examines blueprints and materials list to obtain parts specifications.
• Lays out parts dimensions on worktable, using square, chalk line, and soapstone.
• Tack-welds metal to outline to provide jig for assembly.
• Positions parts in jig and files, chisels, and grinds parts, as indicated, to fit them together.
• May heat parts with acetylene torch and bend them in vise, on anvil, or around stakes mounted in table.
• Tack-welds fitted parts together
• Periodically compares dimensions of assembly to blueprint specifications, using square, rule, and calipers.
• May anneal parts with acetylene torch to remove stresses of welding.
• May fasten parts together with acetylene torch and brazing rod

General Maintenance Technician $28-38/hr 1st & 3rd Shift 7am to 3:30pm   SUMMARY: Responsible for performing non-complex maintenance and repairs on a variety of routine manufacturing repairs, including mechanical equipment an all operations related to manufacturing. Keep neat and accurate repair records and other department information such as walk-throughs and daily inspection on equipment in the building. • Demonstrate professionalism and self-motivation in order to perform routine duties, and assist others including outside vendors, as scheduled or required • Identify and troubleshoot sources of mechanical failure. Day Shift -  6am-6pm 2-2-3 schedule Night Shift - 6pm-6am Mon-Thu Pay: Day Shift - $16/hr           Night Shift - $17/hr

  In this role you will be packing ink cartridges, photos, or cards into boxes, putting them in plastic sleeves, then boxing those sleeves into cases.  Once packed cases will be sealed and palletized. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in commercial packing
• Must be able to stand and move for the entire shift
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts. 
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with fellow co-workers.
• Must wear steel toe boots
