We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Post Production Operator for a print manufacturing facility in Brunswick, Ohio. This is a full-time, on-site production role supporting print finishing, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation.

• Pay: $16.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch plus two paid 15-minute breaks

• Location: Brunswick, OH — on-site

• Start: ASAP

• Operate print-finishing and post-production equipment.

• Inspect printed products for quality, accuracy, and specifications.

• Assemble, package, label, and prepare completed print jobs for shipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.

• Make minor equipment adjustments and assist with basic troubleshooting.

• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures while meeting daily deadlines.

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Experience in printing, manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or production is preferred—but not required.
