Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our production teams, supporting either Overwrap or Embroidery operations. These positions are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy throughout each shift. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and confident troubleshooting equipment issues—not just pushing buttons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust overwrap or embroidery machines for changeovers and production runs.

The Fulfillment Clerk is responsible for working with the Shipping & Receiving team, fulfilling orders for outbound shipment, and examining products to ensure conformance to quality standards. You will have a solid understanding of meeting or exceeding production goals consistently.

• Inspect incoming freight/packages for defects or damage and document findings accurately.

• Verify incoming materials, recording shortages and discrepancies, and reporting to supervisors.

• Tag, stage, palletize, and organize raw materials upon receipt.

• Match packing slips with receivers to confirm shipment accuracy.

Industrial Painter - 1st shift 

Avon, OH area manufacturer to the aerospace industry is hiring a 2nd shift Industrial Painter. Must have 1+ years experience within an industrial painting setting 1st Shift 6am to 2:30pm  Starting Rate: $20 to $24 hourly  

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Responsible for the operation of manually operated hand painting equipment as well as automatic paint line for application of final finish to prescribed specifications. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

1. Prepare surfaces to be painted as required by work instructions, using spray guns, rollers, and brushes.

2. Ensures the use of appropriate technical references and tools in performing paint duties. 

3. Perform cleaning and maintenance of all used painting equipment. Keep work areas clean and  organized daily.  

4. Work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by wearing proper safety equipment (e.g. – Powered Air  Purifying Respirator (PAPR)) and following procedures. Proactively identify and take corrective action  to eliminate unsafe behaviors and conditions.
