Consistent scheduled days off
Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machinery
Monitor production processes and material flow
Inspect finished products for quality
Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Make basic machine adjustments
Complete production and quality documentation
Assist with routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety and quality procedures
One to three years of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or mechanical experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed work instructions
High school diploma or GED
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
Caliper or micrometer experience is a plus
Forklift experience is a plus
$19–$20 per hour starting pay

What You’ll DoAssemble wire harnesses
Install tubing, fittings, connectors, and related parts
Follow clear written and visual work instructions
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Perform hands-on assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
No prior assembly or factory experience needed
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling small parts
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
$17.00 per hour with reliable weekly pay
Consistent 40-hour work week on a set overnight schedule
