Press Operator – 2nd Shift (6-Day Work Week)

Location: Newbury, OH Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hr Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Press Operators to join our team in Newbury, OH. We are seeking reliable individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain press machines

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (10% of the shift)

• Safety glasses (not provided)

• Steel toe or safety toe shoes required

• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but training is provided

Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading photo imaging and information delivery solutions company and is looking for day shift and night shift Machine Operators and Attendants!  These are full time positions in Concord, NC

Shift: 6am-6pm 2-2-3 schedule

            6pm-6am Mon-Thu Pay: $16 - $18/hr        

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To set up and operate slitting machines according to the appropriate “machine operator’s manual” under direction of the Group Leader.
• Carry and supply materials to the machines.
• Remove the finished product from the machine. Supplies and finished goods of up to 38 lbs. must be lifted about 75 times per shift. (Maximum weight to be lifted is 50lbs.)
• Group Leaders will determine the machine each operator is assigned to. Operators will be cross trained to operate different machines.
• Recommend productivity improvement plans and cost reduction plans (Total Productive Maintenance activity). Investigate and analyze causes of target frustration.
• Help train other machine operators.
• Facilitate internal communication and working relationships within areas of responsibility.

3 different machines in slitting

• Paper slitting- 2 people on team, bagging rolls and putting on pallet
• Photo slitting- rolls of ink paper, opportunity for $5 increase after 3 months if meet quota
• Card Slitting- smaller rolls and have to put caps on both ends after slit

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months of machine operation experience required.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to enter production data into a computer.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts.
• Production line experience in manufacturing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout shift.
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with fellow co-workers.

The Forklift Driver position is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse tasks not limited to picking, packing, labeling, palletizing products, and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. This position is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, order pulling , moving material within the facility and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, or utilizing a pallet jack

Warehouse Associate Pay and Shifts:

• $16-$17.50 to start (based on experience and shift preference)

• Order Pulling / Selecting of product on lower level shelves

Pay: $17/hr

Shift: 6:30am-3pm Mon - Fri

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate reach trucks and forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve products.

• Load and unload trucks and staging areas.

• Put inventory into racks for storage.

• Use RF scanners or other tracking systems to locate and verify products.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.

• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.

We are seeking a Robot Operator to set up, program, and run automated equipment that carves custom foam cushions for wheelchairs. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong commitment to quality. This is a full time 2nd shift position in Elyria, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and secure foam blanks or other materials for cutting.

• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Inspect finished cushions for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and conformance to specifications.

• Maintain and clean CNC machines, tools, and work areas.

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or software issues.

 

Qualifications

Required:

• 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machinery or similar automated manufacturing equipment.

• Basic computer and measurement tool proficiency (calipers, gauges, etc.).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
