Summary The overall role of a Multi-Craft Maintenance Employee is to maintain the entire plant's production equipment with diagnosing and repairs. • Implements, Upgrades, Troubleshoots, Repairs, Maintains, and Installs the control systems to help improve the safety, productivity, and quality of the facility.

• Communicates with operators to assist with solutions or repair of electrical problems.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Invoicing Specialist to join our finance team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end invoicing process, resolving billing discrepancies, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely billing. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Invoicing:

• You will process approximately 11,000 invoices monthly
• Collect and review daily shipping documentation
• Prepare and validate shipping batches for completeness and accuracy
• Enter data into the ERP system and generate invoices
• Submit invoices for approval and post approved batches
• Upload invoices to customer websites and attach necessary documentation (e.g., PODs)
• Scan and archive invoices and shipping documents
• Create miscellaneous invoices and credits as requested by Sales and Customer Service
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets tracking monthly billed invoices

Invoicing Exceptions:

• Research and resolve invoicing issues or discrepancies
• Review and submit credits/invoices generated by others for approval

• Equipment Operation: Operate and control bottling machinery, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and conveyors, to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor production output to maintain product quality standards. Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to identify and address any deviations.
• Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks on bottling equipment to ensure its optimal performance. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.

1st Shift Quality Technician $25+ 8am to 5pm (Monday - Friday) Quality Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection/testing (e.g. First Articles, customer returns, incoming inspection, supplier issues) using gages including; micrometers, calipers, protractors and various other gages/fixtures
• Read and interpret drawings
• Assist with Document Control efforts (e.g., documentation updates)
• Support the Control of Nonconforming Product process by ensuring appropriate segregation, identification and disposition of such product and entering information into the Nonconformance Log.
• Assist with problem identification, investigation and resolution
• Assist with complaints (e.g., supplier, customer and internal) including entering information into complaint system database
• Advise, train and support operators with the quality processes
• Perform product audit production/inspection
