We are seeking a Construction Framer & Sider for a project position with our client, a well-established residential construction company based d in Lebanon, Oregon. The Framer/Sider will play an essential role in constructing residential homes, including framing and siding installation. As a Construction Framer & Sider, you will be responsible for:

  • Framing residential homes including walls, floors, and roofing structures

  • Installing exterior siding and trim (lap, board & batten, panel siding, etc.)

  • Operating power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently

  • Maintaining a clean, organized job site and following all safety protocols

  • Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with supervisors

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in framing and/or siding installation required

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, measurement, and layout techniques

  • A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record required

  • The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Comfort working at heights, including on ladders, roofs, and decks

  • A clean and professional appearance (no jewelry or piercings on job sites for safety)

Job Title: Field Millwright Pay: $25-$32/hr+ DOE temp-to-hire + additional $2-$3/hr if overhead crane certified! Hours: Up to 6 days/week and 12 hrs/day. 40+ hours on a regular weekly basis Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting a Field Millwright for a designer and builder of material handling systems. This company provides services such as fabrication, "green field", site management, installation and maintenance as well as designing custom industrial structures. 

As a Project Millwrights, you will be responsible for:
  • Installs machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings in industrial establishment.
  • Dismantles machines using torches, hammers, wrenches, crowbars and other hand tools.
  • Moves machinery and equipment using cranes, hoists, dollies, rollers and trucks.
  • Assembles and installs equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails using welders and other hand and power tools.
  • Constructs foundation for machines using hand tools and building materials such as wood, cement and steel.
  • Aligns machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers and plumb bobs.
  • Assembles machines and bolts, welds, rivets, or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structures using hand tools and power tools.
  • May repair and lubricate machines and equipment.
  • Select cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks to fixed overhead structures, such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms with bolts and clamps.
  • Attaches load with grappling devices such as loops, wires, ropes and chain to crane hook.
  • Sets up, braces, and rigs hoisting equipment, using hand tools and power wrenches.
  • Splices rope and wire cables to make or repair slings and tackle.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 
  • At least 3 years of prior experience
  • Preference given to experience in wood products, lumber or mill industry
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.

Job Title: Shaving Line Operator - Production Worker

Location: Brownsville, OR Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: 6am - 230pm Monday through Friday Assignment Type: Temporary (3+ months) | Possible Temp-to-Hire   Position Overview

We are seeking a Shaving Line Operator – Production Worker in Brownsville to carry out various tasks in a busy warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing bags of pellets for shipment by operating packaging line equipment, driving a forklift, and reporting any equipment issues to maintenance supervisors.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery including bagging and baler machines, shrink wrapping machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure proper bag seals

  • Assist other production areas as needed

  • Drive finished pallets of pellets to stacking area using a forklift

  • Use skid steer or front-end loader to load feed bins

  • Assist Shift Leads in starting/stopping pellet mills and communicate moisture/material issues

  • Perform knife maintenance, grease shavings mills, change/sharpen cutting blades, and complete light maintenance/troubleshooting

Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 40–70 lb bags regularly

  • 2–5 years of manufacturing/production experience

  • Experience operating manufacturing systems (monitoring/control systems, software) preferred

  • Forklift experience required

  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to operate a chainsaw
