Conduct quality checks on bags to ensure proper seals.
Assist in other production areas as needed.
Move finished pallets with a forklift to the stacking area.
Use skid steer or front-end loader to load feed bins.
Assist Shift Leads with pellet mill operations and report material/moisture issues.

Perform housekeeping duties including scraping, sweeping, and shoveling
Maintain clean and safe walkways and work areas
Inform maintenance staff of equipment issues
Assist with small bag line operations, pallet re-stacking, and cleanup as needed
Meet quality and quantity goals daily
6+ months of production experience preferred (but not required!)
Comfortable working in dusty, hot, cold, or rainy conditions
Able to lift 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
Willing to climb ladders and stand for long periods
