As a Field Millwright, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings in industrial establishment.
  • Dismantling  machines using torches, hammers, wrenches, crowbars and other hand tools.
  • Movving machinery and equipment using cranes, hoists, dollies, rollers and trucks.
  • Assembling and installing equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails using welders and other hand and power tools.
  • Constructing foundation for machines using hand tools and building materials such as wood, cement and steel.
  • Aligning machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers and plumb bobs.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • At least 3 years of prior experience
