What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and shuttle trucks safely and efficiently

  • Spending approximately 95% of the shift operating a forklift

  • Using FIFO procedures to pick materials and build kits for work orders

  • Maintaining accurate inventory through DSI barcode transactions

  • Performing cycle counts and reconciling expected vs. actual inventory levels

  • Safely loading customer trucks

  • Assisting with repackaging and restacking pallets

  • Picking, delivering, and staging raw materials for production departments

  • Supporting stock rotation and inventory flow

  • Prior forklift experience (required)

Payroll Support:

  • Partner with Payroll and HR teams on timecard and employee data management.

  • Assist with multi-state payroll tax compliance and wage/hour regulations.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and accurately.
  • Maintain pay codes, deductions, earnings, and holiday calendars in the HRIS.
  • Process garnishments through ADP.
  • Prepare and process manual check requests.
  • Support year-end payroll close and W-2 generation.
  • Assist with special payroll uploads and templates.
  • Support 401(k) administration, audits, and compliance.
  • Assist with workers’ compensation audits and insurance forecasting.

Accounting Operations:

  • Cross-train in Accounts Payable, including invoice entry, vendor updates, and check runs.
  • Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
  • Assist with collections, billing, and statement communications.
  • Prepare weekly KPI reports.
  • Support account reconciliations.
  • Assist with period-end and year-end close processes.
  • Support interim and annual financial audits.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting operations experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll data management experience with multi-state payroll.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment.
  • Experience with ADP payroll or transferable systems such as M3 ERP, ERP platforms, or other major payroll providers.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    • Acting as a crane operator and following all crane safety protocols.

    • 2–5+ years of experience in steel fabrication or welding (or demonstrated intermediate to advanced skill level).
    • Working knowledge of MIG welding.
    • Understanding of welding characteristics and physical properties of various metals.
    • Ability to read and interpret assembly blueprints.
    • Welding or fabrication certification/degree (preferred).
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift.

    As a Snow Removal On Call Laborer, you’ll be essential in supporting company operations by assisting with snow removal projects during inclement weather events at multiple client locations. Your work will ensure safe access during challenging conditions!

    What You’ll Do:

    As a Snow Removal On Call Laborer, you will be responsible for:
    • Shoveling snow from walkways and entrances to ensure safe passage.
    • Spreading deicer or sand by hand to enhance safety.
    • Supporting on-site snow crew leads as needed during operations.

    What You’ll Bring:

    The ideal candidate for this role will have:
    • The ability to work on an on-call basis for 4 to 13 hours per day or night, depending on weather events.
    • Reliable transportation to reach the designated job site or dispatch yard.
    • Cold-weather gear, including waterproof boots, to stay comfortable while working.
    • The ability to work in harsh weather conditions, including snow, ice, and freezing temperatures.
