Duties and Responsibilities for HVAC Service Technician:

  • All aspects of HVAC Install or Service
  • HVAC Service Technician - preferred you have your EPA Certification but will assist you in obtaining it. 
  • Be efficient and accurate, attn to detail
  • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
  • Support lead technicians in maintaining clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
  • Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations
  • Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork

Skills and Qualifications for HVAC Service Technician:

  • Experience required
  • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • High integrity with advanced social skill and ability to make solid connections
  • Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who's flexible and has a great attitude on life
  • Must pass a background check, a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must have a clean, safe driving record and valid Oregon Drivers License to drive company van/truck
