Schedule:
Work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Pay Rate: $18/Hr
Qualifications:
Safety Conscious: Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Quality Work: Demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Tool Experience: Experience with hand and power tools.
Manufacturing Experience: Helpful but not required; training provided for the right applicant.
Planning & Goal Setting: Ability to plan and accomplish tasks effectively.
Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Some experience with assembly and/or wiring tasks preferred.
Key Responsibilities:Assembly: Align, fit, assemble, and wire component parts into completed units using hand and power tools, fixtures, and templates.
Testing & Adjustments: Test completed units and make necessary adjustments.
System Assembly: Perform full system assembly using blueprints, work instructions, and on-the-job training.
Preparation: Prepare products for final release to stock or shipping.
Maintenance: Clean and maintain your work area.
Additional Duties: May be required to perform other related tasks as needed.
