  • • Schedule check runs, resolve purchase order issues, issue stop-payments, and track vendor credit.
  • • Manage executive expenditure logs for board and finance committee presentations.
  • • Assist with annual financial audit preparation and historical budget reporting.
  • • Produce quarterly and annual financial reports; complete compliance surveys for assigned areas.
