Selectemp is seeking a detail-oriented Payables/Receivables Specialist to provide coverage for an employee leave at one of our trusted client companies. If you have strong experience in both accounts payable and receivable, and enjoy jumping in to keep financial operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and on time

• Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records

• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments

• Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in AP/AR or general accounting

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
