As a Roofing Laborer, you’ll play a key role in helping residential customers achieve a brand-new roof, while ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

What You’ll Do:

As a Roofing Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Performing roof tear-offs at an apartment complex by removing existing shingles and roofing materials.
• Carrying bundles of old roofing materials across scaffolding and disposing of them in designated areas such as pickup trucks, dump trailers, or dumpsters.
• Maintaining a clean work environment by moving equipment, sweeping up debris, and picking up materials by hand to ensure safety on-site.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A willingness to work at heights, including on roofs and scaffolding.
• A commitment to safety, including wearing a fall-protection safety harness and adhering to guard railing protocols at all times.
• Previous experience in construction or roofing is a plus but not required; a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude are essential.
