*W2 onlyPosition Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday HRIS Consultant:
Collaborate with the HRIS & Transformation Principal to support and enhance systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, and other performance management tools.
Engage in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of HRIS system-related solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Assist with system administration tasks, including upgrades, configuration changes, and regular audits.
Participate in new system implementations and configurations, working closely with the functional team to develop technical and business requirements.
Foster user adoption by maintaining training materials and addressing user queries, while troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Required Skills for Workday HRIS Consultant:
3-5 years of experience in implementing Human Capital technology solutions, with a focus on Workday.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of HR-related industry standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels.
A degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
