Blake is a natural and he’s a joy to work with. It took us a few days to connect, and I was pleasantly surprised that he was not rushed. He did his research and made our time count. What impressed me most was how attentive he was in evaluating my comprehensive work history. By the end of our first meeting, I felt he understood what I bring to the table because he got to know me as a person and my goals.
