I’m a Technical Recruiter with IDR in Denver, Colorado, and I started my recruiting journey in January 2025 right after graduating from Texas Tech University. With a background and prior knowledge in IT, I bring a unique perspective to the recruiting process — allowing me to genuinely connect with candidates and better understand the roles I’m hiring for. I specialize in IT recruiting and take pride in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates by being transparent, responsive, and knowledgeable. When I'm not working I like to
Get outside and hit the trails — mountain biking is one of my favorite ways to reset. I’ve also been playing basketball since I could walk (or so I’m told), and I love jamming on guitar, especially indie and classic rock. Whether it’s being active or creative, I’m all about staying balanced and having fun outside of work.
