In this role, you’ll support enterprise IT delivery by helping teams keep work visible, organized, and moving forward through strong coordination and operational follow-through. This is a great fit for someone early in their delivery/production career who enjoys bringing clarity to fast-moving work and partnering cross-functionally in a technology-driven environment.

Position Overview for the Technical Producer I:

  • Maintain clear visibility of sprint, backlog, and day-to-day work by keeping tracking tools up to date and actionable
  • Support small projects and short-cycle delivery work by clarifying tasks, identifying blockers, and coordinating next steps
  • Partner with delivery, product, and technical stakeholders to reduce ambiguity and keep priorities aligned
  • Reinforce execution accountability by monitoring commitments, escalating risks, and ensuring follow-ups don’t get dropped

Requirements for the Technical Producer I:

  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination, production, delivery operations, IT support, service management, or a related field
  • Working familiarity with workflow/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar) and comfort keeping work tracking accurate
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining reliable status visibility
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to raise issues early and document action items effectively
  • Ability to work with guidance from senior stakeholders while steadily increasing independence and delivery judgment over time

IDR is seeking a CAPPS AP Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves supporting the Accounts Payable module within the CAPPS financial system, providing functional expertise, support, and configuration. The organization operates in a public sector environment, focusing on statewide financial systems and compliance.

Position Overview for the CAPPS AP Analyst:

  • Perform highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and functional assistance related to supporting the CAPPS Program.
  • Responsible for functional CAPPS Accounts Payable (AP) module subject matter expertise, including configuration, issue resolution, and process leadership.
  • Support testing, training, reporting, and system integration efforts to ensure platform efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end activities, and coordinate with other modules such as general ledger and purchasing.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of state policies and support a large network of agencies with system support and incident management.

Requirements for the CAPPS AP Analyst:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policies.
  • Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes.
  • Experience developing requirements, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing components of statewide systems such as CAPPS, TINS, SPA, and USAS.
  • Experience working with the Accounts Payable core module of PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2.
