  • Support and troubleshoot VoIP and telephony systems, ensuring high call quality and system uptime.

Required Skills for Network Administrator:
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in network administration, field support, or related IT infrastructure roles.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network components such as switches, routers, and circuits.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, cabling standards, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of VoIP and telephony systems.
  • Ability to travel.
